The SelfContained build contains all dependencies and should not require any updates to .NET or VC++. You can use it if the normal build does not run for you and/or you don't want to update .NET.

Quick HOW TO for SLR:
In DeoVR:
- Make sure you have valid SLR subscription with script streaming, and that you are logged in
- Make sure you have Interactive -> Connect to SLR Interactive (older DeoVR versions) or Haptics -> Connect to Haptics Connect (newer DeoVR versions) enabled in settings
- Make sure you have Developer -> Remote control enabled in settings
In MultiFunPlayer:
- Click on DeoVR tab, if its not visible click on the top-right "plus" button and then click "DeoVR" button to add it
- Click on SLR Interactive button on the toolbar just below DeoVR tab
- Enter valid SLR credentials (if credential fields are greyed out, disconnect DeoVR first)
- If you installed DeoVR on your VR headset (like a quest) you need to expand DeoVR settings by clicking the arrow button on the right side of the toolbar and change the default IP (127.0.0.1) to your headset IP
- Connect to DeoVR by clicking the play button on the toolbar, SLR Interactive will auto-connect and should turn green

Any reason you cant load local scripts? But assuming you have xbvr running on the same pc as MFP you just have to enable xbvr repository in MFP (button on the opposite side of the play/pause button), and in DeoVR go to http://localhost:9999/deovr or http://127.0.0.1:9999/deovr

Is there any instruction on how to use the MFP with DeoVr and Xbvr? I can't load any local scripts.

Fastest to get started would be to use USB cable and serial output which can be added via the bottom right plus button, after adding expand its settings and select a com port (probably the lowest one will be SR6). For long term you would probably want to switch to UDP output to connect via wifi, but you need to have custom firmware for that if your SR6 does not have it.

If you use DeoVR on quest you need to expand DeoVR settings in MFP and change endpoint to your quest IP.

Unless I misunderstand EDI is used for games, I dont see how it would be usable with MPF, you can just use buttplug output which supports every device you would want.
