Here's a more detailed look at the new design. I'm still not sure if I'll turn that coat into a duster or keep it the length it is now, but in either case I'm definitely keeping the high waters.

Yeah, I think I'll keep the length. If I made it a duster, I should give her boots and change the pant length, and I'd rather not. And Robert's right, there's totally an Inspector Gadget vibe I didn't notice, and now I want to keep it!
