Tall Gal Concept Art (and news)

I'm feeling pretty defeated over this whole thing, especially since finding out ADHD meds worked amazingly well for my mental health and productivity. But that's life, and the only thing I can do is move forward and keep making comics. Thanks again for supporting me and this wild operation.

That is so fucked up...

This is why I'm proud our country is starting a national pharmacare program. Helpful, and often life-saving drugs are charged a premium because they KNOW we need them.

Oh no! Would it be feasible to change your job or location so that you're eligible for some coverage? I'm not a doctor, but your brain seems pretty important =/
Ritalin costs next to nothing, but as a foreigner I am unsure how much it costs to obtain a prescription without insurance :( Still, I hope you find a way to deal with it, the world becomes a little bit better every time you release a page of your haunted art :)

I sent a message.
That sounds super frustrating! I'm sorry.

That, indeed, sucks. I'm upping my tier to help. If a few more did this, it could be dealt with. It's certainly worth it to me...

We should not need to live in a world where this is a problem :( But we do, and it is, and it sucks, and it's dumb. Your work is always amazing; take care of yourself however you need to to stay inspired!
Hugh Eckert
That sucks. Hang in there.

Is it an affordability issue or is something else blocking you from getting health insurance?
Trey
Ah, I’m in the same boat- it’s not good, but it’s not terrible- just difficult, off n on. Grace and good fortune to you.

Here's to hoping you find the things you need! I really love this gal's design, tall=very yes. Also those are neat face triangles!

Not to pry, but I know a pharmacist who is pretty good at getting people legal access to basic medications. Feel free to send me a private message.
