Well, Ginger's certainly getting the hang of her brand new powers pretty quickly now, being able to successfully protect herself from the single remaining guard; who had just deployed a collapsible baton (potentially with some kind of enchantment having been placed on this item to quickly disable foes), after Ginger's surprise attack round ended up taking their partner out in a single blow... Seems like those poor two guards barely knew what had even hit them (with the one who wasn't taken out first only knowing that Ginger seemed to have attacked them for no good reason, at least from their perspective) before this was all over, with no chance for either of them to have even tried to raise a potential alarm, unless I have missed something which was mentioned in the previous pages? Still, Ginger had better start moving really fast right now to where she was told to go, while also bringing Trina and Michelle along with her (at least they seem docile right now, since trying to bring them somewhere against their wills would make things that much harder then they already are); given that the longer they stick around the gates, the chances of another guard patrol randomly showing up gets exponentially higher. Certainly going to be pretty interesting to see how exactly things might go from here!
