I remember all the moon missions. I remember Von Braun telling the American public we were going to Mars. He had plans to use the Saturn V to get us there. Then the legs got cut off. I’m getting older. I only hope SpaceX works out the bugs and goes. It be a wonderful bookend to my life.

Felix, you make a compelling case towards a Water Tower. Like you the indicators are their, location, piping lying around and the structural composition / form to hold a vast amount of weight.
