I 100% get down on the ground to play w my GF's doggo! I do the little play bow, then jump towards her if I want to chase her, jump back for her to chase me. It's such a zen, no thoughts sort of joyful. Plus, Molly goes *nuts* with excitement & it's giggle time x1000.
