Every month on the 1st at 12pm central time, under my memberships on patreon, a tier called "Big Tunnies" opens with 5 slots! It is 60$ and fills up quick!
(although, I'm contemplating raising the price a little bit... They take so long to do!)

I can't recommend the big tunny experience enough. I would have paid double for the Luigi portrait just for how happy it made my wife. It's amazing how much love gets captured in these.
