This week's breed was suggested by Rensdens, DawnSnowe, and Chelsea! Thanks guys! What's the difference between an American Bobtail, Japanese Bobtail, and a Manx? I don't know yet. That wasn't the set up for a joke. I gotta wait till the J's and M's roll around to find out, cause we're alphabetical up in this B, baby!!

A Manx fun fact is that Manx with no tails are called Rumpies, Manx with short tails are called Stumpies, and Manx with long tails are called Longies! Longies cannot compete in Cat Shows </3

I think (don’t quote me on this) Bobtails are a little more wild! My cat Big Mac is a Manx and although we found him in a Walmart parking lot, he is as docile as a a rock

I was reading earlier that a stumpy tail can present in almost any breed so who knows!! Such a mysterious boy. I also feel like if someone got their cat from anywhere but a breeder they’re all just DSHs hehehe

everyone guesses my cat Atlas to be a Manx, but I think he's just a domestic shorthair born with a stumpy tail
