hahahaha I had a similar experience with a friend in my MMO guild. He puts he/him/his/they on most things and I asked about it / to confirm and he's always like "looks good to me!" or "yup, that's fine!" with no further explanation. He's never discussed his gender beyond the pronoun tags. Iconic.
