As I heard from my friend it not much hard to maintain server . For communication I very understand because I use google too lol. For different language I suggest make a different channel such as Eng/Korea/Japan. For main language might use English. But you can do it when you ready, when you feeling you want to do it if you want you can also ask for my help !👍👍
