You were over talking in the previous episode near the end and weren't processing the information Richter and Denkin were arguing about. Denkin wanted unnecessary deaths for the to younger girls. There's really no need to kill them, using sleep magic will do, unless Denkin fails, which he did and decided to kill one of them to move on the competition. Jil, the ginger hairbun girl was inexperienced, and took the bait to end Denkin. Loved the reaction. Just wished you weren't talking on the important bits. Though it's understandable with chat and reacting to the anime. Use to watch somebody who use to do that, then suddenly gave half his streams to his other friend (who had his own things to work on, too busy to react mostly).

Or just wait for Patreon like a normal person instead of demanding him to center his streams around your personal schedule. Get over yourself. Also if you're using a reactor to watch a series for the first time (getting around watching it legally) then that just reflects poorly on you.
