2 looks better to me, 1 the arm looks elongated/out of proportion in order to make the hand visible. I do like the concept of 1 better, the angle and pose just seem to be out of sync. Maybe its just Judy's slim shoulder width that is tricking my eyes because I expect depth/perspective to start the arm further back.

I would say 1 cause that makes it look like the police gun she would normaly use, but I'm going with 2 since all is going with the dart gun style.
