I'd have to say both Sprites/Character models, and the End Game scenes. The first one is pretty self-explanatory since you'll be looking at the characters the most often and it's important they have a nice array of things that are pleasing to the eyes and good amounts of appropriate emotions. End Game scenes are of course also important since you want the payoff to look and feel good depending on what happens.
