crazy thing is that Part 3 manga was was released in 1989, so jojo series is old.

The manga of JoJo Part 3 was ongoing in 1988, so I feel like the times were way different and showing children's wee-wee's was used as humor. As far as I know these two episodes had a more mixed response in the anime as it aired in 2014 so the views have changed a lot since then lol

I feel like the reason Polnareff told the lady that they never met was because he didn't want to bring her into the craziness. So it was to protect her.
