What finally made me sub was that I just got my first client with Avoidant Personality Disorder. I've gotten formal trainings in Personality Disorders, but most professionals don't approach with with the same attachment-informed lens that Dr. Kirk does. I'll be listening to the deep dive on Schema therapy next to help me out with this client.
