Liking and wanting sounds like liking and seeking. The dopamine allows one to seek the pleasure.

It’s been a while since I’ve watched Baby Reindeer too, but I’m curious why Martha wouldn’t fall under erotomania? Martha and Donnie weren’t ever actually in a relationship but iirc she at one point thought they were, to the point where Donnie contemplated (and I think even tried?) “breaking up” with her rather than trying to make her understand that they weren’t together. I mean, I guess it could be erotomania and then within the delusion, she performs abusive/entitled love, just in a relationship that isn’t real. Some kind of inception of concepts?
