People need to understand that artists are just people too. A breakup is nothing that just goes by you unnoticed. You will need some time to readjust yourself to a new life and you should definitely take that time to recover. You're always working so hard, sweeping this under the rug will just backfire at some point. Sort yourself out now rather than later. You'll be more productive that way in the coming weeks. If your Patrons really appreciate you as an artist and not just an art machine that coughs up artworks every now and then they will understand. ❤
