Same thing I download and I press the file and it empty same goes with the rest the vr the 4k and 1080 I did try all the file using chrome and the patreon app

Hmm, it automatically opens my Patreon app and I tested it from Chrome. Try and install the Patreon app from the app store. If you're still having trouble I'll send you the link over DMs. Lemme know how it goes!

Hmm, I think that you're trying to access the link directly. You need to copy the whole link and paste it in a new tab (on desktop there's an issue where it only highlights the first part).
