The dust after the explosion settles and there’s a loud ringing in Ganondorf’s ears as he starts to awkwardly sit up. The world is tilting on its axis a few times, his equilibrium shot after the deafening bang that had thrown him and Link to the ground. At least he assumes so; the little pest is not immediately in his face, sword at the ready, so the whole ordeal must not have completely gone past him.
Zelda runs toward him and kneels down. Ganondorf’s face twists in confusion, torso jerking back to evade her grasping hands. Why was she not…
“Link! Are you alright?”
Ganondorf blinks slowly. The words have sounded as if through water, but he is certain he has not misheard her.
“What?” an unfamiliar voice croaks from his throat.

Zelda is certain that the change is only temporary, but she had not looked all that convinced in her own theory and Ganondorf is inclined not to believe anything that comes out of her mouth.
Not that he has much time to worry about her, when he has to worry about Link. The bastard is a menace. He has raided Ganondorf’s closet and for some ungodly reason chose the skimpiest things he could find to wear out into the castle as if they weren’t designed for Gerudo Palace or as actual sleep wear.
Ganondorf can feel the heat suffusing his body as he has to stare up at himself leaning up against the wall outside the throne room and cupping his own pectoral.
“What are you doing?” Link’s voice sounds perpetually hoarse from little to no use, softly crackling in his throat.
He watches his own eyes flick toward him and thick, red brows lifting in vague interest.
“This!” Ganondorf hisses, gesturing vaguely to the hand cupping a meaty pec. “Stop this nonsense! We are in public and this is my body, you annoying little cockroach!”
He can see the flash of a challenge in in own eyes, his face contorting into an insouciant grin that looks completely alien on his features. Ganondorf hates this.
As he watches, Link gently pinches a nipple and twists it ever so slightly. A throaty, bassy groan rumbles from his chest while Ganondorf feels his own body lighting up with sympathetic heat. He knows how sensitive his nipples are. And Link, unfortunately… does too.
Ganondorf can’t believe this. He’s taken perfectly good care of Link’s body. He is feeding it and washing it and draping it in clothes that he knows the little pest likes to wear, no matter that they are ugly as sin and constantly reek of the stables.
He can’t believe Link would simply use his body like this. Actually… actually, he would believe it. And suddenly Ganondorf is flooded with the worry of what else the bastard has gotten up to behind closed doors without Ganondorf there to protect his own dignity.
Link seems eager to show him, as he starts to slide his other hand, thick rings decorating the completely wrong fingers, sliding beneath the wine red sash of the wide, airy pants he is wearing.
Ganondorf is going to combust.
