Thoughts; yours and mine.

It's been about 3 months since we moved here, and I just wanted to share a few of my thoughts while hoping I would get some of yours. Feedback basically!
While the move has been rougher than I hoped and though I'm still struggling to cope with the changes, not just on this site, but issues/changes with myself (such as scheduling issues and general disorganisation recently), overall it's still not so bad. We're slowly but surely recovering. Baby steps!
However I'd like to address some things that have been on my mind, and others that have been brought to my attention;
"Not-So-Active" Activity
How's the content and frequency of posts here for you so far?
That question has been on my mind ever since we moved here, but I've never gotten the courage to ask. Though you've made it clear that people here aren't supporting me to get things in return, I can't help but wonder if you guys are satisfied with your support here so far.
I do realise that content on RandoWis has been a little lackluster as compared to what RandoWis initially was (in the beginning, and on Patreon), but those are issues that have to be dealt with from my end. Relating to the previous issue of disorganisation, I feel that it's a contributor to the less than productive state RandoWis has been in over the past few years, but for those of you who have experienced this change; what are your thoughts?
Speaking of change..
Art Streams/Feedback Streams
I am aware that I still haven't resumed Art Streams and Feedback streams, however the reason for that is because with the current disorganised mess that I am, adding these 2 commitments to my plate would more than probably cause me to mess up the current schedule I've set up that includes everything else. Basically, despite them seemingly not feeling like much, it would be too much for me to handle right now as I try to get myself in check.
To be honest, I'm comfortable with the current schedule, and I'm afraid of adding anything else to what I already have. I get 'Not-So-MonthlyWis' flashbacks just thinking about it. Forgive me, but I'll continue to put them on hold indefinitely for the time being.
More than ¥100/month Feedback
Now this is something many of you have made clear to me.
Unfortunately it's a fact that Pixiv FANBOX doesn't allow pledges beyond the registered tier amount, unlike Patreon. At first I thought it wasn't a big deal, but now I see that I've basically squeezed those of you who would like to donate more unto an artificial ceiling, making you feel restricted with your support. I'd like to apologise for your inconvenience due to my pride and stubbornness. However, allow me to reiterate that the reasons why I have always been unwilling to create a tier system for crowdfunding support is 1; No one should feel superior or inferior for supporting me here, and 2; supporting me will always be a choice and never a price.
Still, considering the fact that FANBOX doesn't allow pledges above the stated price, I guess I'll have to compromise. While it pains me to do so, I am considering creating more tiers, but I'll make it clear that ALL tiers are the same in terms of accessibility and perks (courtesy of your invaluable ideas). I'd like us to think about them to be more like choices rather than tiers. "Choose your donation amount!" or something like that, if you know what I mean.
To keep things simple and neat, I'm thinking of 3 tiers; ¥100 (~USD 1), ¥300 (~USD 3), and ¥500 (~USD 5). If I may, I wish to not have pledges beyond ¥500 as my principles won't allow me to charge an amount I am not willing to support with myself. I hope this doesn't come off as too restrictive again, but I'd love the feedback. Which brings me to my next point.

Do share with me your thoughts and opinions in the comments below on how you feel about anything; be it the overall less-than-active vibe of this FANBOX page, the proposed aditional tiers, the reasons behind no streams, or even if you feel I'm thinking too much. In case you're worried, do know that MMO is, and always will be, the top priority for content that gets made. It's still in the works, like it always has been.
I also hope that the less than active "activity" on this page wasn't too big of a turn off for those of you who took the extra step to follow me here. I am trying to figure out the root of my mismanagement, and if I do, I'll be sure to do something about it. I won't make any verbal promises beyond that, any improvement will be proved to you via actions.

Maybe offer PayPal as another avenue for custom monthly donations? My understanding is that you can create subscription products for monthly donations, so you could create different donations amounts, yes?
Anything that gives people an option support at a level they wish is a good choice. Don’t worry about that.

100 yen for all of the content offered here in my option is a steal. Even if Randowis isn't at 100% yet I do feel like the amount is enough to make up for it.
For ¥100, the content feels like enough. I usually miss streams, so I don’t care either way about those. I would go up to ¥500 immediately and still feel the amount of content is acceptable, although it would feel a little light. I know everyone including you is busy these days and money is tight.
- Which are chaos but a good chaos! 've noted before I find it strange that you have such a large fan base which is obviously split in the reasons of following but with the art and feedback streams gone it feels like its even harder to even interact with you. As for the cost, I think you should have more tiers, as you've clearly lost a lot of income leaving patreon and only accepting 100 yen here, I for one will be happy to give you more support as 5USD is still a tiny fee... To sum up, we're patient and can wait for releases, just how it is. I'm super sad art streams are gone and will be for however long, advise to push for more tiers. Love your work, love you, and your health/life take priority! I'm here for MMO and art, as long as they come, I'm content!

Yay, I can finally throw more money at your face
Alright, So as things stand after reading this and adding my previous thoughts I've a few things to share. With respect, the disorganisation and on and off content just seems to be the way things are... No offence, its all well and good to have a schedual but it can't be helped if life gets in the way, that's the one thing you cant really plan for so.. All in all, that's just something I've come to accept. It is what it is. End of the day, I inittialy joined up due to MMO and then for the art streams, the game streams were just a nice little add on bonus for me. I know I've been poking about the art streams again and have since your last word on the issue come to understand you have a lot on your plate and don't wish to over extend yourself. However this saddens me as those streams were a huge inspiration for me as well as encouragement to keep doing what I enjoy doing. Plus for me it was a special time to interact with you as an artist on a personal level, more so than the game -
Firstly, thank you for the heads up, nice to hear what's happening on your side. My thoughts regarding the mentioned points: 1. 'Activity and streams': Currently the post frequency does seem less than before, but imo the currently-put-on-hold art streams are the reason why. When you were doing them frequently it all seemed livelier. Reason being that it amounted to 2 posts per week and live watch-along of your art. But knowing they will get continued is great to hear and I think they would get rid of the 'not-so-active activity' 2. 'More tiers': Big nut. While I can understand and respect your decision to not ask for more money I hope you understand and respect my decision to give you what I think you are worth. For this reason I am happy to hear you gave in and created more tiers with bigger pledges. 3. 'More thoughts': I'll always be satisfied with my support for ya, stuff probably isn't easy for you rn so I appreciate all you do and your hard work, boss.
Hey Rando, love you man! No worries about taking enough time to transition to a new everything haha We miss you but would rather you take longer to get on your feet then have you burn out and loose you forever. Thank you for considering adding new tiers! I'm not looking for exclusive content, I just want to support the man that makes me laugh cry with an amount that I budget for. Keep it real my dude and don't stop being badass and hysterical!
