Oh gosh! That sounds painful as hell! I took had a pogo stick and did over 400 bounces (to set a neighborhood record) and the following days were awful from giving myself shin splints, OMGosh, it felt like my shins were shattered 🤦-M@

I remember having pogo stick when I was a kid. I slipped off and the right handlebar hit me in the chin. My chin was hurting for almost a week.
