Only paper author I know that does that is Victor Hugo. Les mis. 93. Man who laughs. I love it, and am super impressed by the crazy rare all characters are good/heroic thing. If you meant to do that, good on you. If not ... look into it

Anyhoo...of all the webfiction... this is the only multi character one that paints all the folks well and sympathetically. Two folks disagreeing doesnt make either of them bad. .. just in opposition.

I've said before and I'll say again... this is the best webfiction I've read... and e read most of them. All of topwebfiction. Most of the classics (worm, unsong, drew hayes). AMD a surprising amount of the top royalroad ones.

Loved the story. Any chance of using Numbtounges jars of mana core to charge the door?

The addition of Grimalkin into the story is so exciting! I'm not sure about Ceria, but Pisces has always been looking for an experienced mage to mentor him sense Wistram Days. I think it would be a neat way to develop the story if Grimalkin becomes that guy for Pisces! Grimalkin seems tolerant enough, Pisces has expressed a desire to learn all forms of magic and what sorts of crazy undead could he make with muscle enhancement spells? Thanks for the good work Pirate, the possibilities are always endless in TWI.--- Just remembered Az'kerash exists, but hes hardly involved in his education. Why not both?
