You may say this is filler... but chapters like this are ones where you thrive. Where characters feelings drive the plot. The heartacheing loneliness and joy of found companionship. That still leads to new connections for the plot. Octavia and the antinium... the criminal underworld that Numbtongue might see more of? Celum politics? The quest for acceptance? All from this chapter. Great job!
