It is almost at the end of the first Manus city meeting scene and about 10 paragraphs above the orange Antinium Grand Queen talk. Most paragraphs have a single gap between them, there is one which has an extra large gap. If you find this gap highlight the text from the paragraph above to the paragraph below the gap (or use Control-A for PC/windows users).
