Yeah, this episode was slow, understandable though. The governor (gubner) is still crazy as hell. Its interesting to see a softer side of him with this family. He obviously thinks this little girl is his pre zombie daughter. That's dangerous because his mind is still fucked up. So, yeah. He's still psycho, with a little softness because he's now responsible for 2 women and a little girl.
