I think both are 100% right, Cecil’s job is literally to protect the planet, if I’m Cecil I’m doing whatever it takes to make sure I don’t get done dirty again like Nolan did us but also if I was mark I’d be heated af at Cecil as well. yeah its defintely messed up on cecil but I understand both sides, cecil is the necessary evil in the world that uses bad guys for good, and have countermeasures for strong hereos incase anything happens, the thing in mark head is to stop him in case, its messed up but he the thinks of the bad. Marks side is easily understandable where its fucked up all this shit cecil doing to him and put a weapon in him, its understandable and right for him to be mad at cecil.
