I would say y’all should watch the intros once you’ve caught up with season 4 part 2. I think with the hindsight it would be fun to see y’all try and pick up on the hints they dropped in each intro giving away some of the plot points.

Most reactors I've watched didn't have the same frustration with Historia as these guys. But I understand where they're coming from. Historia is acting in her own self interest which is trying to help Ymir anyway she can, blindly trusting her, and without seeing the bigger picture that they need to rescue Eren for humanity to survive.

Such a great episode. Carter really couldn't believe what was unfolding on screen. I was the same. I was thinking how did we even get to this point, that the Armored titan is bulldozing through dozens of titans, with Bertolt, Eren, Ymir on his shoulders, running away from Erwin and the scouts and the crew. There's just so chaos. Erwin is the GOAT! Cannon could barely scream at the "to be continued..." because he was screaming too much. And Carter is just in utter shock trying to process everything, and the other three just smirking and side-eyes is like everyone watching. Another great reaction. Can't wait to watch the season finale.

So i remember when i first saw this season I was also getting kind of frustrated with the lack of answers. Remember we had to wait four years in between S1 and 2 and I was in high school at the time so that was basically an entire lifetime in which I had forgotten the show even existed . so when i got back to it and watched season 2 the slow pacing and constant mysteries threw me off and kind of annoyed me. Im not going to lie S3P1 doesnt answer them either, it veers off into a different story that (at the time) feels completely different and irrelevant. It took me like a year of watching on and off because it didnt feel like attack on titan to me and i just wanted to get to the basement. i think if theres any part of the show that has the biggest chance of losing people, its there. but in retrospect its setting up a LOT of stuff that will help you make sense of the answers. its like that cartoon meme of the miner giving up right before striking diamond. because season 3 p2 finally starts giving those answers to you and it’s honestly insane and mindblowing. its genuinely considered one of the best arcs in anime, and i commonly cite it as the point the show goes from really good anime to one of the best shows ever made in my opinion. Season 4 only keeps up the insanity. Its worth the wait and frustration, trust me
