To me it makes sense that Yuji isn't immediately dead considering he's successfully ingested and absorbed three special grade Sukuna fingers, so even though he is human and needs a heart to live unlike Sukuna himself, he won't just immediately pass on without being properly destroyed or exorcised due to the huge amount of curse energy he's absorbed.

jjk is not inspired by naruto it’s inpired by bleach, in terms of characters not the storyline, if you ever react to or watch bleach you will see the similarities in a lot of the character. like gojo and kisuke.

Mostly girls are named "Megumi" that's what Megumi was talking about when he mentioned his father. Also, it has not been explained yet (and I don't consider it a spoiler) the characters in this show can use curse energy to practically anything, that also applies for protection, that's why Megumi didn't die after been toss like that. You will see Gojo in action, don't worry.
