Guide on how to use sounds with VNGE

This is a guide on how to download and install VNGE, and how to use the add sound functions within the studio.
Since VNSound has many features for editing sound, I wanted to make a simple guide so you can do it yourself.
This guide will be in all the sound compilations you make from now on.
You have to know a bit about Timeline or VNGE Animator, so if you want to set a particular sound to play at a specific time, you'll need to know more about these two plugins.
