Me, after my 2 Day Fast
🕑 Added 2024-07-26 10:05:33 +0000 UTCas I have shared, water fasting was surprisingly NOT easy for me, and if you listened to my vlogs on health, you'll know why.
But it felt good to complete a 2 day fast and discover that once the ketosis kicks in and my body starts burning from my fat because there's no food to work from, that energy was released. I'm pretty hopeful I can do a 3 day now, maybe next week.....the only thing for me is that I LOVE food! And 3 days without is well, boring! so it makes me kind of grumpy, because food gives me a lot of comfort and pleasure. I am not hopeful of completing the 10 day fast, I think if I make it to 5-6 days it would be a miracle!
And yes this is a new bikini.....and yes, photoshoot completed yesterday and all the pictures will be with you soon

On day 2 this week of my attempt to do a 3 day fast! The woman I'm living with is aiming for 5 days....I'll see how i feel..

Yes well I do have more to keep me going than you so I guess that does help, also probably do another 2 day fast Mon and Tuesday if you are up for it?

Keep it going, even when the food cravings start to take hold, will power will prevail. Plus I will still do the fast with you in support.
