Me and @RalivDev have been working on some brush-based terrain tools for URP in Unity!

It's a bit of a mess, probably riddled with bugs, and probably won't be useful to most people. Though I'll be using it for KoboldKare to make the terrain!
It will hopefully allow terrain to have decal splatters and dense foliage.
