On the web version all the movie clips load but they do not on the downloaded version.

You have to be in a scene and press Ctrl+1. I tried it out myself and it works, so you'll have to be more specific with what you do to try to make it happen.

Did you press it while in a scene? It opens a small tab you can expand when pressed.
