Oh I'm certainly not ending either of them prematurely, I'm just seeing if people are still enjoying them and if I should plan for shorter stories in future, or if people are still having fun!

Length of the story doesn't matter as long as it is progressing forward. This story is progressing forward and you would cut it short if you ended now.
