Brook is such a cool character, and goofy to boot~! X3 I do love the combo of lore with salt here, as not only does it tie in well with a Devil User's weakness being the sea = salt, but also salt repelling ghosts is a common superstition, though usually it has to be "purified salt" to work.

So even if Moria is the weakest Warlord like you are saying, that still makes him one of the strongest pirates in the world. Don't overlook or underestimate somebody just because they have a unique design.
