To give an idea of strength value in the New World, with out spoilers, the Death Knight is Level 35 and Gazef, "the Strongest Man in the Kingdom", without his gear as seen in these couple of episodes is about level 29.

So Touch Me's name wasn't a dirty joke, it was a challenge. Touch was among the 9 best PvP players in all of the game, and THE BEST PvP player in the world/server the guild played on. His name was daring other players to try and even land a single hit on him. Also, Bonus Fun Fact - That's not a helmet on him. Touch Me was an Insectoid Race, so that's strait up his real ingame face and head.

Also, in case there’s any confusion, we aren’t in the game Yggdrasil anymore. This place (which is only ever referred to as the New World) is a wholly new and real fantasy world that’s completely unknown to Ainz, a moment that was cut out of the anime from the Light Novels was his shock over not recognizing the 3 nations of the Re-Estize Kingdom, the Baharuth Empire, and the Slane Theocracy that were mentioned here. However, part of the ongoing plot is Ainz trying to uncover the mystery of why certain game mechanics from Yggdrasil (i.e. the Tier Magic System, items, and summons) are here in the New World too.

So, slight mistranslation again, E-Rantel isn’t the capital city of the Re-Estize Kingdom, it’s merely a major city within the country. Like how New York is a major city in America, but its capital is Washington D.C.

In this world humans are the weakest race, most monsters are stronger. Lol, Kelvin is the first reactor I've watched that commented about healing the clothes. Momonga was an avid collector in the game and spent large amounts of money on the gacha games so he's loaded with insignificant trinkets from Yggdrasil (which might have some power here).
