Yes, I know today is Thursday. Monday's class ended right after I turned the subject into a mannequin, which she has been for the last three days. It is Miss Featherbottom's job to be transformed, transfigured, or, since she use to be Mr. Featherbottom, transgendrified, as needed for the various transformation classes.
Transgendrified is most certainly a word.
Restore her? She isn't going anywhere. Spring Break is next week. Restoration spells are the next section. We'll discuss that when we return to classes in 10 days as part of the normal lesson progression.
Don't think I can't spot a stall tactic. Miss Featherbottom has been inanimate during Spring Break for the last forty-seven years.

Fine. If anyone wants extra credit, they can try to restore the mannequin before Spring Break. But I warn you, if you cause the original spell to become permanant, or any other weird side effects, it will be 50 marks against your house. Oh, and if I find out who stole her clothes, that'll be 25 marks against their house.
