Slowly but surely πNever underestimate the impact that your mind can have on your bodyβ¦ While on the surface things had been looking amazing for me, a couple months ago I had a 3 week long depressive episode which completely destroyed and reversed a years worth of work on my body and mindset.
It literally felt like my world was collapsing around me and the holidays didnβt help either because I tend to gravitate toward food when Iβm stressed or depressed.
But Iβm excited to share my progress back to a great physique with you all! And on my NEW PHONE!! Haha!
