Wardrobe change π 𧦠π¦ΆπΌ
Walking in to Muay Thai⦠but my feet are cold!
I used to jump rope with a 3 lb rope for 45 minutes every day in Colorado during the winter and it could be hard on cold toes. San Diego is much nicer weather, but I still need socks on the mat until Iβm extra warm!
All this hard work in each chapter of training has been worth it, my body is so strong and ready.
Excited for March 31st.
