If you couldn't already tell, being naked in nature is one of my favorite activities everrrr๐ฅฐ
I tend to practice gratitude daily, but today Iโm feeling especially inspired to say that Iโm grateful for the feelings of freedom, joy, grounding, clarity, and peace that come along with immersing mySelf outdoors. Iโm grateful for a body that is capable of summiting mountains and swimming through lakes. Iโm grateful for friends that want to share quality time together in nature. Iโm grateful for the sensation of sun on my skin and breeze through my hair. Iโm grateful for this platform for giving me the space to share my lifestyle and authentic truth. Iโm grateful for YOU and your support in sharing these parts of my life.
I know the holidays can be a stressful time for many, so Iโm just sending you a lot of love today. Iโd LOVE to know what each of you is grateful for too!
