The typical trail mix & fruits are expected & tried & true travel food hacks. I wanted to take my leftovers as well as my one stop at the super-market maximized & innovative! So I thought of bell pepper boats! Iβm not sure the footage turned out, sadly! So Iβll just say here that they are great for raw foodies, for regular plant based fans, or for meat eaters! A natural bowl that you can tear apart or let compost when finished, I used my peppers for heated leftovers ( I had mushrooms, spinach, sautΓ©ed veggies, & hummus up in my peppers)! Iβd say this is more ideal & fun if you really camp out at the parks! Anyway I love pepper boats! What innovative travel foods do you like?! ππ€π«π
